Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction.
Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Advise clients on the best strategies for marketing their properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property
- Negotiate contracts and handle all necessary paperwork for real estate transactions
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers, to ensure a seamless transaction process
- Utilize effective prospecting and marketing techniques to attract potential clients and promote listings
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying or selling process
Requirements (possess, or willingness to develop):
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms for property listings
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25,001.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 5 – 50 per week
