US Arts Center is seeking a marketing specialist / office admin.
We are looking for an energetic and hard-working individual to help us in our overall marketing efforts. We offer attractive pay rates and provide paid training. Your primary responsibilities will include customer outreach, copywriting, communication with designers and vendors, website design input, social media management, event coordination, and customer services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach:
o Conduct customer outreach by visiting various locations to promote our services.
o Engage with potential parents and gather feedback to improve our marketing strategies.
2. Copywriting:
o Write compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including website content, posters, brochures, and other channels.
o Ensure all copy aligns with our brand voice and message.
3. Website Design Input:
o Provide input on website design to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
o Work with the web development team to implement design changes and updates.
4. Social Media Management:
o Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
o Create and schedule social media posts, monitor performance, and respond to customer inquiries.
5. Event Coordination:
o Plan and coordinate events including community events.
o Manage event logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities.
6. Customer Services:
o Communicate with parents to address issues, questions, and inquiries.
o Ensure positive experiences by providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to drive for customer outreach and events.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service. Excellent copywriting and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
