Receptionist/Office Assistant
Hours:
10:30am-7:00pm Monday-Friday
Organizational Relationships
Reports to: Managing Director/HR
Coordinates with: Administrative/Clinical team
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Computer skills: Knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. NPA and Google drive docs is a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent inter-personal relationships skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels
- Flexible office hours
- Ability to multi-task and handle all incoming/outgoing phone calls
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and implement Thrive Therapy and Social Center policy enthusiastically
- Assist in Scheduling and audits for all dept.
- Filing
- Greet clients/visitors and direct them to the proper department in a timely manner
- Ensure that all processes are being followed in the center including Center policies including checking-in/signing-in visitors with Thrive visitor badge. Generate all Thrive badges for staff.
- Center upkeep maintenance
- Ensuring that Thrive complies to HIPAA regulations
- Mail/package distribution
- Center walk-thru for safety/security purpose

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
