Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by department Supervisor.

Responsible for working in a safe manner.

Responsible for ensuring product specifications are attained.

Performs job assignment in a cost conscious manner.

Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.

Responsible for being at workstation on time each workday.

Participates in the Total Quality Management (TQM) process.

Communicates well with other department employees as well as support groups for the area.

Ability to be flexible as to various job assignments and working conditions.

Responsible for following GMP’s, SOP’s, plant rules and policies.

Must be able to work in temperatures 80° to 90° F, as well as temperatures 35° to 45° F.

Responsible for hourly checks of the machine parameters to ensure it is running correctly.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Responsible for ensuring salometor and chlorine levels of the brine are accurate.
-
Must have a firm understanding of the procedures that need to be followed if the line stops for any reason.
-
Must be computer literate and able to navigate software.
-
Must have the ability to produce error free operational documentation.
