Job Overview:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our customer service operations. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and assistance at all times.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory control, store management, and multilingual skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques, phone etiquette, math, and leadership principles.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
