Requirements -
- Friendly (ie. smile and care)
- Dependable (ie. Show up everyday on time)
- Teachable (ie. Open to instruction and wants to grow professionally)
- Medical assistant certified
- Experience as back office MA is greatly preferred, however new graduates welcome to apply
Duties (include but may not be limited to) -
- KEY - Use time effectively and wisely, take initiative, be able to multi-task; dependability
- Assist all providers with each patient.
- Chart preparations and data collect as necessary for the providers.
- Chart the SOAP for each provider if requested.
- Complete all orders from the providers.
- Complete any in office testing needed.
- Schedule patients when needed.
- Administer injections when needed.
- Stock and prep all exam rooms when needed.
- Follow up weekly cleaning schedule posted in the exam rooms.
- Call telehealth patients prior to their appointment for data collection.
- Answer and complete messages in a timely manner.
- Assist providers with imaging review.
- Call patients with results as requested by the providers.
- Send in referrals and sleep study orders per the providers requests.
- Assist other MA’s when needed
Details -
Full time (Monday - Friday, with half days on Fridays)
Pay based on experience
