Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team! You will be responsible for helping our customers by providing service information when needed and booking customers in our service management software. This is an entry-level position with a lot of room for growth with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (phone, email & chat) as well as direct incoming calls
- Provide information about the products and services we provide
- Book new jobs
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and communication skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Previous experience in the plumbing industry and using Service Titan scheduling software is a plus but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
