Team members are required to perform to the standards of their respective certification level as an EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-A, or Paramedic.
Trademark expects our team members to provide the highest level of service for all our patients, customers, and clients. This is achieved by a focus on developing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships and exceeding the expectations of a transport service. Engaging our patients with conversation, assisting staff at facilities, concentrating on solutions to problems with courteous communication, and being punctual are examples of the exemplary service we expect.
What you can expect from Trademark Medical Transport:
Trademark Medical Transport is family owned and operated by Paramedics, EMT’s, and Firefighters. Most office staff have years of field experience in Fire and EMS departments and private services. Office staff, including the CEO, regularly run discharge, dialysis, and emergency calls at Trademark. The perspective and experience of running calls in the field is always considered in our operations. It is the core, and has the highest priority, of the organization.
We strive to provide the best working environment possible. Our entire ambulance fleet consists of 2018 and newer models. Ambulances are professionally detailed by a third party at least once a month. We monitor ambulance diagnostic reports online and provide rapid response to service, repair, and equipment issues. All ambulances are equipped with Ferno power stretchers. Our ALS units are equipped with new Zoll X Series monitors with all the accessories.
The Trademark Operations and Dispatch division do not overbook routes. It can be busy at times, but you are not expected to be at more than one place at a time. A tremendous amount of planning is done each month, week, and day to ensure Trademark is on time to each request for service. You will not be ambushed by a facility for not being on time. Any variance in response is communicated with the facility before you arrive in the rare event a response delay occurs.
We offer 12 hours shifts Monday through Friday. Saturday shifts are 10 hours. Shift start times vary between 5:00 am and 9:00 am. Our offices are located in Athens and Commerce (Headquarters).
