**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and working on recreational vehicles and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Specifically, they will have extensive experience in building the shell and subframe of recreational vehicles, as well as fabricating and assembling various other components. This role requires strong technical skills, precision, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
**Responsibilities:**
- Fabricate and assemble the shell and subframe of recreational vehicles according to specifications and blueprints.
- Design, fabricate, and install various parts and components of RVs, including structural elements, interior fixtures, and exterior features.
- Install and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing components in RVs
- Install RV appliances, awnings, and slide-outs
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to develop innovative solutions and improve fabrication processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within RVs
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems
- Mechanical knowledge for assessing and troubleshooting RV systems
