Job Description:
As a Marketing and Guest Relations Specialist at Aire Medical Spa, you will play a vital role in driving our marketing efforts and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing marketing campaigns, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional guest relations services. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Aire Medical Spa's services and brand.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Create and distribute engaging email newsletters to our client base, highlighting promotions, new services, and spa news.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, and community events.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Aire Medical Spa remains competitive in the market.
Guest Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing information about our services and addressing inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient use of spa resources and timely service delivery.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Assist in managing client feedback and reviews, working to continuously improve the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry.
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns and email marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and CRM systems.
