Join our team at ReadyWorkInc as a Human Resources Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions. This position is a first shift temp to hire opportunity! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for talent acquisition and project management. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be involved in various HR activities to ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent management activities to support employee development and engagement.
- Assist in Workers' Compensation procedures and documentation.
- Assist with employee basic questions about payroll
- Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for HR reports.
- Demonstrate proficiency in conflict management to resolve employee issues effectively.
- Entering all sick time/vacation for different districts
- Explaining checks to employees , printing pay stub reports for employees
- Handle data entry tasks related to employee information and benefits.
- Leverage your skills in data entry to maintain accurate HR records.
- Maintain knowledge of Employment Labor Laws and ensure compliance.
- Manage HR projects to improve processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support HR sourcing activities and assist in the recruitment process.
- Support recruiting activities by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent Spanish.
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) required
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Employment Labor Laws and Workers' Compensation procedures.
- Proficient in administrative tasks within an HR setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and project management.
- Strong attention to detail for data collection and analysis tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle employee relations effectively.
