Licensed Architect Project Managers and Assistant Architect PMs needed in the Austin, Dallas & Houston, Texas area

Our client, an Architect firm that has been around 4 decades continues to experience continued growth and why they are seeking to add several new Registered Architect Project Managers and Assistant Architect Project Managers totheir growing team in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, Texas.

Registered Architect Project Managers Key Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects from $10 - $50M from conception, through design, construction, and final walk through; usually managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Establish and follow project budget and schedules
- Generate submittals, permit documents, work status summaries, etc.
Registered Architect Project Managers Qualifications:
- Maters or bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect
- 8+ years of experience working in an architectural office
Major software requirements include AutoCAD, Revit (production not required), Bluebeam, Adobe and more
Hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm with some flexibility; mostly office based but with occasional site visits required
Pay ranges $120K to $150K, plus bonus potential
Architect Assistant PM key responsibilities:
- Ensure continued communication with PM of progress on expectations, deadlines, and deliverables
- Deliver day-to-day project tracking and communication with the client and project team
- Observe and record existing field conditions and prepare site visit reports with photo documentation, frequent site visits will be required
- Participate in activities of the design team consisting of architects, engineers, and various consultants
Architect Assistant PM Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in architecture preferred or bachelor’s degree, meeting licensure criteria required
- Must be actively pursuing licensure, current licensure a plus
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting PM activities
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture
Major software requirements include AutoCAD, Revit (production not required), Bluebeam, Adobe and more
This is a 4.5 work week schedule and pay ranges from $110K to $125K, with bonus potential
