Job Responsibilities:
- Goes to lengths to gain a thorough searching of local target customers like affordable all kinds of Bags & Accessories Brands, or Purchasing Department for Bags & Accessories of chain supermarkets, Understand the local market trends of Bags & Accessories.
- Striving to create long-term, trusting relationships with customers, recommend the latest fashionable styles of all kinds of Bags & Accessories to meet their requirements of Annual or Quarterly Sales Plans, maintain contact with clients.
- Effectively deal with all types of enquiries from existing clients and new business customers, providing a professional and efficient service with tight deadlines and fast turn around, actively seek new sales opportunities..
- To work closely with the sales support team (Designer, Purchasing, Supplier) to ensure that all products design, development and Samples-Making are in line with the customer’s expectations in terms of brand guidelines, target market, corporate identity, client selling strategy, whilst meeting the commercial requirements of products at the best value.
- Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer & project files. Status reports should be issued on a regular basis (week & month), reports should detail work in progress, next actions, responsibilities, etc. including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts, prospect lists and monthly sales reports.
Skills and Requirements
- You must have at least 3 years of experience of Accounts Development Management in a vibrant and fast paced environment of Bags & Accessories Industry or similar sales environment. Well acquainted with the relevant knowledge of products and industry, owned a broad network of working relationships or connections to find the business information resources, search for customers, partners.
- Sales focused, customer focused, good listener, action oriented.
- Focus on the delivery of quarterly and annual sales and margin targets
- Good at business negotiation, strong commercial sense, have excellent administration, communication & interpersonal skills to track the progression of campaigns.
- Responsible, work efficient & effective, excellent team work and willing to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, good PC skills: excel, word, ppt.
- College graduate or above, preferably in Marketing and/or Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant discipline.
