The Position
Responsible for answering inbound phone calls and assist teammates with various questions and concerns. In this capacity, call center representatives are required to maintain a comprehensive list of all open client orders and ability to articulate position requirements and prerequisites. Position requires recruitment of applicants for Morales Group clients while continually exhibiting the core values of the organization; maintain accurate information in corporate database; maintain accurate and timely communication with candidates and internal staff; maintain excellent customer relations.
Essential Functions/Job Specific:

Answer inbound phone calls in round-robin rotation

Assist with outbound phone calls as needed
-
Listen and respond appropriately to voicemails for corporate.
- Assist teammates with ATS access (i.e. W-2’s, paystubs, application, etc.)

Obtain open client orders daily and basic understanding of position requirements

Verify completion of application information; verifying and clarifying information; pre-screening of applicants; explaining hiring policies

Maintain Recruiter and CSR orientation calendars

Tracking of teammate file status to determine appropriate activity

Ability to reconcile teammate pay concerns
- Ensure accurate documentation of all teammate in company data base

Respond flexibly, and with a sense of urgency, to changing teammate and client needs

Log detailed messages in company ATS of each teammate interaction

Maintain good communication/working relationships with all departments within the organization

Report all hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediately

Uses independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties
The Qualities:
- Strong written and verbal communication

Excellent time and project management abilities as you will be working between multiple systems and platforms

Be a team player and raise your hand to figure out solutions

Patience, attention to detail, and a serving attitude when messaging and conversing with all target audiences

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role or comparable position

Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite, and learn innovative programs quickly
