The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the company by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provides an exemplary customer service
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, and assignments for clients or caregivers
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Communicating regularly with clients and their families
- Relate with Caregivers and be able to address any issues or challenges which may arise
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of HR basics and federal/local regulations.
- Exceptional home care knowledge and personnel management skills.
- skilled in handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
- Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work as a team closely with our management and other employees
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.14 - $21.85 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
