Lead Water & Wastewater Growth in Mid-Atlantic: Be CCJM's VP
This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the expansion of our Water/Wastewater, Stormwater Management, and Linear Utilities services in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. As Vice President, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of this sector, driving strategic growth, and building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a winning strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals, aligning with CCJM's overall vision.
- Project & Program Management: Oversee projects of all sizes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Business Development: Lead marketing and client acquisition efforts, securing new business opportunities and expanding our service portfolio.
- Team Management: Foster a dynamic and collaborative environment, fostering professional development and mentoring staff.
- Operational Excellence: Manage office operations efficiently, optimizing workload, staffing, budgets, and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Expertise: Bachelor's degree in engineering required, Master's preferred.
- Proven Leadership: 20+ years of successful management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Technical Prowess: Strong technical knowledge of Water/Wastewater, Stormwater Management, and Linear Utilities, with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in business development, securing new clients, and driving profitable growth.
- Communication Savvy: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at building relationships and conveying complex information.
- Software Proficiency: Conversant with Microstation and AutoCAD 3D applications.
- Licensing: Professional Engineer Certification in MD required, DC and VA preferred. PE and Civil Engineering Degree required.
- Regional Expertise: Experience working with municipal agencies like WSSC and Baltimore City preferred.
