Looking for Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers are integral to the success of the company. As an Assistant Manager, you partner closely with your Store Manager and General Manager to attract, develop, and motivate a passionate team. You regularly share the Brand values, vision and mission with your team members and actively create a culture of trust and accountability.
DESCRIPTION
As a store leader, you continuously build and develop your team members through training, and coaching to meet the short and long-term needs of the business. You lead your team to drive Brand awareness and education while providing excellent service. You maintain high training standards that enable your team to deliver elevated customer service experiences that invite customers to learn about and experience the Brand.
You drive operational excellence in all aspects of your business and take responsibility for the store’s cash, and staffing. You promote the Brand image and ensure a well-managed back of house. You drive sales and KPIs for your store while focusing on key strategic priorities. You maintain awareness of industry trends and local competitors and work with your Store Manager and General Manager to meet and anticipate customer demands.

As an effective Assistant Manager, you know how to:
- Coach and develop your team members to build an empowered and engaged team.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service possible and prioritize the Brand and knowledge of how to sell the product.
- Partner with the Store Manager and General Manager in the execution of all programs that enhance customer satisfaction, expand traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Meet and exceed targeted sales and KPIs and monitor expenses.
- Implement proper store operations including compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory to support your store needs.
- Assist to onboard and train new team members.
- Drive key initiatives.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Two (2) years minimum retail store management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing cost
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to schedule people
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
