**Overview:**
Join our team as an Accounts Receivable & Contract Admin. Assistant; where you will play a vital role in supporting the A/R & Contracts Manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow within the department. A background in accounting is recommended, but not required. This individual should also possess strong administrative practices to handle the following duties efficiently.
**Duties:**
Contracts Duties
- Review, Revise, and Submit subcontracts Agreements and submit supporting documentation as requested from Customers.
- Manages documentation related to contracts and agreements.
- Review contracts to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Requests Certificate of Insurance (project based and company vehicles/equipment)
- Prepare, Submit, and Track Lien Releases Notices.
- Handles preliminary lien documentation and ensures that payment issues are resolved.
- Add employee drivers with insurance company and maintain spreadsheet.
- Review and revise yearly Certificate of renewal file to insurance broker.
- Maintain and update City/County business licenses.
- Backup Contract Manager when necessary.
Accounts Receivable Duties
- Handle Past Due letters for all jobs that have been billed
- Call/email regarding payment updates.
Receptionist back up when necessary.
