Job Title: Personal Assistant to Founder and CEO
Job Summary:
As a Personal Assistant to the Founder and CEO, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Your role involves managing the CEO's personal and business schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the CEO's efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the CEO's business and personal calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external.
2. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CEO, responding on their behalf when appropriate.
3. Arrange travel accommodations both business and personal, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for the CEO and occasionally for other executives, guests or family members.
4. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
5. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, departments, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
6. Manage expenses, process invoices, and handle other financial tasks as needed.
7. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively take steps to ensure their time is optimized and priorities are met.
8. Maintain organized filing systems and databases, both electronic and physical, to facilitate easy access to important documents and information.
9. Perform other administrative duties as requested by the CEO to support their workflow and objectives.
10. Availability during non-business hours.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
4. High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
