Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Maintain and update calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Handle phone systems, including routing calls and taking messages
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record keeping
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and staff
- Assist with training and development of office staff
- Manage a team of administrative personnel, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in medical office management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
