Devereux/TCV Community Services is hiring for a Clinical and Program Director for its STAIRS Program in Homestead, PA!
Annual Compensation up to $100k to $114k (depending upon education and experience)

· A generous $10k sign-on bonus*
*The prospective employee hired for this position will receive a $10,000 sign on bonus. The employee will receive the first third of the bonus after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third of the bonus will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a "satisfactory" rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
The Clinical and Program Director for STAIRS will be responsible:
· For regulatory/professional practices to understand, implement, as well as impact regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
· For project management with the knowledge, skills and abilities to develop, implement and manage projects to attend to quality issues, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, outcomes, and corrective actions, and incorporate “Best Practices” and innovative methods of project management.
· For the STAIRS program development and marketing.
· For providing/overseeing admissions psychological evaluations; determination and assessment of program/individual outcome measures. Responsible for clinical leadership for Center implementation of D-PBIS.
· For providing clinical and program oversight/supervision and responsible for alignment of program model with autism best practice guidelines and clinical service delivery in the absence of additional clinical program support.
· For providing consultation on complex autism cases out of STAIRS and attending CCR meeting for complex autism cases.
· For the direct supervision of behavior analyst(s), dual supervision of treatment managers/direct care staff in collaboration with the program director/education supervisor. Shares in hiring responsibilities with operations and education.
· For ensuring appropriate staff training, performance evaluations, onboarding.
· For, depending on Center needs and STAIRS rate of expansion, may carry a clinical caseload of varying sizes from other IDD residences.
Job Qualifications and Experience
Education:
· Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, or related field - required. (Doctorate preferred)
· Must be a BCBA.
· Valid PA driver’s license with three (3) year driving history.
Experience:
· A minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and severe behavioral disorders – required.
· Supervisory experience – highly preferred.
· Experience working in a multi-disciplinary treatment team – required.
· Superior consultative and training skills – required.
· Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel), experience with data collection/analyzing platforms and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position).
· Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
· Valid PA driver's license and 3-year driving history.
· Pre-employment drug screening and state and federal clearances.
