Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front of house operations, including customer service, reservations, and seating arrangements
- Manage and train front of house staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient food production and timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Supervise bartending activities and maintain beverage quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
Skills:
- Team management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in hospitality and food service industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food production processes
- Proficient in inventory management to optimize stock levels
- Bartending skills and familiarity with Aloha POS system
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate staff effectively
