Title: Business Development and Proposal Manager
Location: Remote
Status: Full-Time
Travel: Negligible
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
Job Duties:

Review RFPs and RFIs and create and prepare proposal annotated templates, compliance matrix and proposal schedule for assigned bids.
- Review solicitation requirements and recommends response strategy.

Responsible for writing the content for all sections of the proposal.

Develop relationships and process/training for SMEs to develop technical content.

Conduct compliance reviews throughout the proposal development process.

Oversee final production, ensure proposal submissions are compliant with applicable instructions and ensure timely submission.
- Responsible for reviewing, formatting, and editing documents to ensure compliance.

Gather necessary information through research and interviews to develop clear, well-written documents.

Coordinate work with teammates to collaborate on responses and project manage the proposal process.

Utilize Microsoft office tools, such as Visio, to create high quality documents, graphics, and other visual aids to support proposals and necessary documents.

Develop procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals.

Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Maintain BD pipeline.

Meet tight deadlines and endure high pressure situations.

Contribute to building, updating, and maintaining content repository (e.g., past performance/project library, technical and management content).

Assist with business development activities.
- Assist with Marketing duties such as social media postings, website content, etc.

Participate in Contract transition/start-up activities where required (Proposal-award-transition).
- This position may assist with operational functions and other duties as assigned.
- This position may require some night and weekend work to ensure proposal deadlines are met.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Five (5) years of experience with government proposal management and processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.

Excellent time management and organization skills, handling multiple simultaneous projects with stringent deadlines, ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing tasks and resources in an uncertain, dynamic, and fluid operational environment.

Expertise with MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
