Overview:
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them achieve their business goals. This role involves onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Support and Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing timely support.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review client performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and work with clients to implement strategies for success.
- Training and Education: Provide training and education to clients on our services, tools, and best practices to maximize their success.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction or success.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and improve service offerings.
- Retention and Growth: Work towards retaining clients and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or features.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or dental RCM industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to quickly resolve issues and address client concerns.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Must have:
- Previous experience managing Dental & Vision RCM clients or within similar healthcare revenue cycle solutions.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM
- Knowledge of dental practice management software and electronic health records systems.
- Proven experience of setting up operational excellence for service delivery.
