Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated Strategic Incentive Programs Manager to oversee the ongoing program management for the Tandigm network practice segment incentive programs. This role involves operational and program management for all multi-payer primary care, specialist, and other provider partner incentive programs related to practice segments. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the successful planning and design of targeted incentive programs aimed at driving network performance, and your expertise administering these programs efficiently and effectively will enhance the overall performance of our network.

Essential Functions

Support Senior Director in the design, development, and oversight of all practice segment incentive programs with our Commercial or Government payers.
- Work cross functionally and in close collaboration with various business streams (including Medical Cost Management, Finance and Analytics, IT, HVN, Quality, Accurate Coding and Education, Legal, Network Solutions, Care Management) to identify targeted areas of opportunity for performance improvement at the segment/cohort level and develop targeted incentive programs to address areas of opportunity.

Lead in the definition of each program scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Support the documentation of all modeling and metric development activities as it relates to Segment Incentive Programs, as well as data and analytics that support the programs.

Ensure that all deliverables are completed, on time, including progress reports. This includes developing and enforcing incentive program schedules, ensuring all key stakeholders meet incentive milestones and deadlines necessary to produce timely incentive reports and payments to the network.
- Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders by addressing and resolving operational issues as related to the segment incentive programs.
- Responsible for ensuring all segment incentive processes are documented, appropriate policies are developed, and associated incentive impacts from program changes are documented.

Develop program materials for training and education purposes.
- Leads all engagement and communication efforts relative to the details of the Segment incentive program through various channels such as network communications, presentations, and other internal communication platforms.

Work with Tandigm teams to ensure all systems that support, and feed segment incentive data, logic, calculation, and reporting are in place and operational. This may include support or ownership for development, testing, troubleshooting and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
Position Requirements: Education, experience and skills
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.

Minimum 7-10 years progressive experience in a health-care related organization is required.
Preferred
- Master’s Degree.
- Experience with value-based provider incentive programs.

Previous program management or process management experience.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex programs independently.
