We are a small company (approximately 25 employees) with two manufacturing locations and an administrative office. We are looking for an outstanding person to join our sales/customer support team. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good follow through, be well organized, be a lifelong learner, demonstrate successes in analysis with a strong knack for technology, and be able to pick up additional tasks and duties as requested. (In a small operation folks need to be able to pitch in to get things done!)
Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will have experience driving sales across online platforms. The successful candidate will work with Sales Management to promote and grow the Raven’s Brew Coffee retail website, Amazon, and other online sales channels. The successful candidate will assist with product mix, pricing, sales and promotions, product launches, subscription programs, customer retention/re-engagement, and other initiatives. They will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. They will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans. Strong critical analysis skills are a must to evaluate the success of various strategies and determine subsequent execution.
REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business, preferred
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals
- Knowledge of the e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies for digital sales or website conversions
- Ability to apply knowledge and discovery from parallel situations to new challenges
- Ability to stay productive independently while also being open to direction
- Interest in grasping full awareness of company order fulfillment logistics
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Expertise using Excel for report creation and data analysis
- Advanced computer skills: Word, Outlook, CRM, ERP
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Act as a bridge between our Direct Retail Website business and our Wholesale Amazon business.
- Update, maintain, and monitor existing product listings and create new product listings for our Direct Retail Website and Amazon.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and report on product sales and think of tactics to improve sales.
- Measure online conversion and identify tactics internally, and possibly with third parties, to improve conversion rates.
- Create reports and provide analysis as requested/assigned; determine needs for additional reporting or analysis based upon observations.
- Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve.
- Manage AB and multi-variant testing, identifying conversion tests, and other methods to evaluate website performance.
- Manage the overall critical path to get product information and photography on to the site on time and ensure all involved teams within the business are aware of deadlines.
- Ensure that products are merchandised and simple to find, while maximizing sales opportunities online.
- Work with the Head of Sales & Operations and the Web Sales Manager on identifying enhancements and issues.
- Share updates with other departments as appropriate.
- Provide leadership, or rapidly grow expertise, in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media. The ability to learn and master with minimal training is essential, previous experience is preferred.
- Other duties as assigned.
Direct Retail Website:
- Update product pages, collection pages, and other areas of the Raven’s Brew Shopify e-commerce site. With Sales Management and Web Squad, set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns and assist in implementation.
- Update SEO text for products in Shopify using keyword tools.
- Assist in sales and promotional review.
Amazon:
- Facilitate order flow for Amazon between Customer Service and Production.
- Amazon platform management (coordinate with Head of Sales & Operations and Marketing Manager) of product listings, storefront, enhanced brand content
- Seek and evaluate new opportunities.
- Track promotional and ad dollars spent on Amazon.
- Monitor the inbox for “seller@ravensbrew.com.” Appropriately respond to, forward, or escalate emails as appropriate.
Schedule: During the training period your schedule will be different. Post training the schedule will be:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:30am – 4pm
- Friday: 7:30am – noon
