Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple individuals
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, staff, and management to ensure smooth scheduling processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling efficiency and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
Skills:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, front desk associate, or in office management is preferred
- Proficient in calendar management software and tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles (QuickBooks)
