Summary: Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing existing and potential North America channel sales. The role will focus on leveraging sales expertise within the outdoor power equipment, especially Robotic Lawn Mower industry to enhance customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
1. Development of local market distributors, dealers and retail channels, doing a good job of channel layout and maintaining good customer relationships.
2. Establish and manage new and existing relationships with customers including distributors, chain retailers, and independent dealers.
3. Responsible for the operation and management of the local market, preventing falsification and price disruption, and achieving performance targets.
4. Conduct intelligence collection and analysis of competing products in the local market, be familiar with the operation mode of the local market and industry and develop executable market development strategies and tactics.
5. Collaborate with all relevant departments to carry out local front-end market insights and provide a basis for back-end decisions.
6. New product introduction to every key account, from early phase communication to launch, in accordance with their assortment selection process.
Qualifications
1. 5-10 years of experience in channel sales in outdoor power equipment or outdoor living category or related industries.
2. With connections with equipment dealers and big box retailers is a plus.
3. Experience of working for international companies is a plus.
4. Experience of handling complex supplier agreements and managing relationships with retailers.
5. Experience in new market breakthroughs and new business development.
6. Excellent understanding in retail and wholesale management. Able to manage the sales process end to end and close the deal independently.
7. Show the track record of previous sales.
8. Bachelor’s degree or above. Willing to travel frequently.
9. Open-minded and teamwork, great skills in communication. Able to adapt to a multicultural office environment

Pay: $85,787.00 - $98,258.00 per year
