Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Associate is the warehouse's first high-volume quality control checkout. The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for prepackaging bulk products and joint production to ensure standardized and accurate inventory across all organization locations, maintaining adequate prepackaged flower and preroll levels ready for distribution and sale, and applying prepackaging labels to ensure compliant business operations. The Supply Chain Associate works directly with the Supply Chain Manager to communicate feedback that aids the department's progression. Responsibility includes safely and compliantly delivering all finished products to storefronts. This includes flowers, concentrates, and any wholesale deliveries.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

Adheres to company mission statement and core values and maintains high ethical standards and professionalism in all business interactions

Preserves product quality throughout the Processing Facility, able to monitor less ideal products and take appropriate action to correct quality issues

Applies prepackaging labels on all compliant containers with products inside

Ensures that prepackaged flower and/or prepolls are within the acceptable range of variance

Responsible for a clean and tidy workplace by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the work area

Understand other employees may be present during hours of operation, maintain a courteous and professional work environment and interaction

Communicate necessary material stock levels to the Supply Chain Manager for reordering

Reference to Cultivation SOPs, especially pertaining to contamination prevention

May not have home grow or any interaction with outside grow facility
-
All other duties as assigned
Essential qualifications and work requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Knowledge of different cannabis strains and products
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
-
Knowledge of essential computer functions and ability to learn how to use various software and programs

Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Must have obtained a valid Employee Badge from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division before the date of hire

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually

Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods
-
Must be able to work in cultivation facilities with moderate to loud noise levels and changing working conditions

May require the use of safety equipment or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed
