Job Description
Baresque, a leading supplier of architectural acoustical solutions for the hospitality, contract furniture, public space-site furniture, commercial, education, and healthcare markets, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team
We are looking for a passionate individual who can work directly with our customers and interpret architectural intent from construction blueprints (CAD), specifications, and supplemental documentation.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our design team, customer service department, and third-party fabricators to oversee the quality control of finished goods. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail are essential.
Position Requirements:

Managing and supporting the current client base

Managing client information requests
-
Project Management, Quote preparation and Order Management
-
Reading and interpreting details on drawings/plans/elevations
-
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product specifications

Overseeing the quality of components and finished goods from fabrication and assembly partners
Qualifications
-
Demonstrated experience in a mid-level Project Management role
-
Experience managing fast-paced projects with national accounts
-
Ability to identify critical data and distill it into business-focused technical recommendations
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams with internal and external customers
-
Ability to work effectively and manage risk in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
-
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
-
Interpersonal skills include listening and communicating with integrity
-
Managing conflict and using data to drive decisions, even when unpopular
-
Ability to conduct appropriate research as needed
-
Attention to detail and organization
-
Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation

Professional phone etiquette

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Spanish Speaking
Additional Information
Salary: $75,000-80,000
