POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Non-Woven R&D Manager to lead the development of new non-woven products and oversee the evaluation and approval of new equipment and production lines. The successful candidate will play a critcal role in advancing our product offerings and ensuring the implementation of state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the research and development of new non-woven products from concept through commercialization.
- Evaluate and approve new equipment and production lines to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
- Work with Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry partners to support product development and commercialization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the R&D process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in non-woven product development, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- Strong Knowledge of non-woven manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Experience with evaluating and implementing new production technologies and equipment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in product development and project management.
