RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Alpharetta, GA that is seeking a Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end success of the product, including customer experience, execution of upgrades, knowledge of technical teams, etc.
- Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful
- Routinely exercises independent judgment in taking tradeoff decisions, managing complex situations and risks
- Occasionally manages customer escalations and orchestrates the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer
- Generate strong partnerships with peers (sometimes: global) to draw information and knowledge from, and partner to drive solutions
- Clearly see and reflect the wood for the trees, and communicate efficiently with both professional experts on the ground as well as high level executives (internal/external), and able to convey the message in a crisp and engaging manner
- Spot performance opportunities
- Notice trends and how to fix/add to R&D roadmap
- Monitor performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- First Level University degree; Advanced University degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in project management roles or in equivalent roles/businesses
- Ability to interpret data/insights to create action plans
- Crisp communication across stakeholder lines
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
- Experienced in corporate product management; customer facing, effective communicator
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
