Responsibilities:
· Online Account Manager Program Merchandiser supports effective digital merchandising programs and strategies by selecting and sourcing products focused on achieving marketing and sales goals.
· Analyzes top selling products across all online stores for more strategic buying negotiation
· Current working relationships with promotional product suppliers
· Manages vendor relationships and contracted pricing for the company
· Works with Online Account Management team to ensure that online products are designed and maintained accurately on the online store.
· Performs inventory analysis and reviews website performance, including product and category performance and visitor data.
· Coordinates with Account Executives and Account Managers to execute campaigns and seasonal merchandising with an appropriate mix of products.
· Leads strategic discussions on digital merchandising programs and provides recommendations in line with business goals.
· Runs reports to analyze data and effectively communicates findings and recommendations to management, Sales, and Account Management teams.
· Assist Online Account Managers with online store testing as needed.
Education & Experience
· High School degree or equivalent required
· College degree preferred
· Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as an Online Merchandiser
· E-Commerce and promotional marketing industry experience preferred
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment a must
· Experience managing multiple client relationships/requirements simultaneously
Knowledge and Skills
· Previous knowledge, understanding, and recommendations for digital merchandising strategies
· Working experience with promotional product vendors and suppliers a plus

· Strong technical skills with intermediate to advanced skills with Excel and Outlook
· Strong technical aptitude in learning internal technical software and systems
· Experience with NetSuite or equivalent software preferred
