Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using internal system.
- Provide support in maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents as needed.
- Assist with order entry and processing.
- Utilize computerized systems for various tasks.
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS :
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle day-to-day activities while meeting important deadlines on a variety of projects.
- This role requires individuals who possess active communication skills and are highly organized.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Clear, professional, written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Must demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
- Must work well in a team.
- Quick to pick up processes and also help develop them.
- Possess the ability to accomplish set objectives, preparing for possible setbacks and using reason to deduce the most efficient outcome with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
