This role is integral in supporting our rapid growth and ensuring the development and retention of top talent. The HRBP will play a crucial role in Employee Relations and HRIS (Paycom) management.
Responsibilities include:
Employee Relations
-
Provide coaching and guidance to professionals and leadership within their teams.

Act as a key advisor on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Lead investigations and resolve employee grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Ability to lead an investigation and pair with management and legal.
-
Ensures that all activities related to the HR function comply with department and organizational policies, legal requirements, and relevant labor laws.

Facilitates discussions with regional and/or functional areas relative to changes and updates on HR-related programs, policies, and benefit programs.

Guides the delivery of special projects involving the development of innovative solutions and processes to deal with complex problems in the domains of employee engagement and culture, reducing turnover, managing attrition, performance management, etc., consistent with business objectives and long-term strategy.
HRIS/ATS

Manage and maintain the HRIS system (Paycom), ensuring data accuracy and efficient process workflows.

Maintains employee records and compiles statistical reports from personnel data pertaining to hiring, internal movement, turnover, and performance to generate reports and insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.

Help maintain and set up feeds with outside vendors.

Proven project management skills.

Oversee payroll entries for new hires, benefits administration, and other HR operations functions through Paycom/HRIS.

Talent Acquisition/Full Cycle Recruitment:

Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding top talent.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

4+ years of HR experience, specifically as a Generalist, in a high-growth environment
-
Be an organized self-starter who is data-minded and process-driven, enabling the best in themselves and the team they lead.

Strong knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, Paycom highly preferred

Working understanding of the Staffing / Recruiting, PE and/or VC landscape

Must be in Miami area or open to relocation. This role is 5 days a week onsite in our Miami HQ.
