Engineer Job Description:
- Management of an engineering line of service that provides residential contractor support on a national level
- Developing and executing systems to increase the efficiency of high volume work
- Management of a team of engineers and administrative personnel
- Review engineering deliverables and seal for permits in multiple jurisdictions
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- PE or SE license
- Proficient in concrete and steel
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Thrives on detail and quality control
- Great communicator with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a variety of different challenges
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven, strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and organized
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Compensation:
