General Manager - BoreSite
The General Manager (GM) of BoreSite at Deep Well Services will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hardware team responsible for BoreSite, ensuring seamless integration of the system into client operations. The GM will also hold Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, driving financial performance and strategic growth of the BoreSite product line.
Duties
Lead and manage the BoreSite hardware team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure alignment of team activities with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members to maintain high performance standards.
Manage day-to-day operations of the BoreSite system, ensuring reliability and effectiveness in delivering real-time data to clients.
Implement and monitor processes to optimize the performance and functionality of the BoreSite hardware.
Coordinate with engineering and analytics teams to integrate new features and improvements.
Develop and manage the BoreSite division’s budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing profitability.
Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth within the BoreSite operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using the BoreSite system, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote BoreSite’s capabilities and expand its market presence.
Gather client feedback and work with product development to implement necessary enhancements.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the BoreSite product line and increase market share.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure BoreSite remains a leading solution in the market.
Foster partnerships and collaborations that enhance the value proposition of BoreSite.

Amount of Travel Required: 30%

Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, due to the nature of the business, weekend and evening hours may be necessary on occasion.

Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years’ experience in operations management, preferably in Oil and Gas or other applicable industry.
Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving financial performance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management.
Demonstrates ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
