Position Description: We are looking for a super creative and talented Social Media Coordinator to join the Adrianna Papell eCommerce & Digital Marketing Team to help us produce high-quality digital content and to advance marketing strategies for all Adrianna Papell eCommerce and digital channels. The Social Media Coordinator curates and creates social media content to promote brand awareness. This is a multi-faceted role responsible to implement online marketing strategies through our social media accounts to increase brand awareness and understands our target audience to create the appropriate strategies to reach this group. The ideal candidate needs to be creative, passionate for social media and to have an eye for fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Curate and create engaging content for social media platforms across all APG brands including, but not limited to: Adrianna Papell and Liv Foster.
- Produce short-form video features, often using files sourced from external collaborators, including the production of subtitles and titles for key ongoing series.
- Create content that is on-brand, on-strategy, and delivered on-time.
- Manage influencer partnership, outreach to final content deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with influences, content creators and brand ambassadors for continuing partnership.
- Develop and execute multiple influencer campaigns each month.
- Work with the marketing department to gain understanding of short-term and long-term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a unified brand voice across all social media channels such as: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for marketing trends and stay current on new technologies to tap into new platforms and channels.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Monitor the engagement on new content and take actions accordingly to improve engagement metrics.
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.
- Catalog photo files - includes knowledge of Mac OS.
Qualifications:
- Degree in fashion design, fashion merchandising, or arts field a plus.
- 1-3 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development.
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- CREATIVITY.
- Proficient with the industry standard software and equipment such as (Adobe Photoshop and Creative Cloud, Canon Camera Systems, ProFoto Lighting, Capture One, Lightroom and Mac OS.
- Problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
