BILINGUAL FRONT OFFICE MEDICAL
HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9 AM TO 6 PM
ONE SATURDAY PER MONTH 8 AM - 2PM
LOCATION: PEORIA- 87TH AVE AND BELL ROAD
Stand Up MRI of Arizona, serving the Valley for 18 years is looking for an individual who desires to be part of a collaborative team focused on customer service in medical imaging.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS: Friendly and outgoing personality is an absolute MUST, as you will be the first face patients see when they walk in the door.
QUALITY: Applies the standards of practice/performance in the work setting to achieve positive outcomes. This individual will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to successfully multi-task, be personable, energetic, have a positive attitude, and be a dependable team player.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and direct patient flow.
- Perform all patient check- in and check out tasks.
- Answer and schedule appointments accurately and promptly.
- Inform patients of payment methods and verify insurance.
- Utilize our medical EMR system to maintain patient records/payments.
- Act as a company ambassador by providing information about our practice.
- Manage office calendar/schedule to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Duties as assigned.
- Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the patient registration, check-in, check-out and insurance verification process.
Requirements:
-Receptionist experience
- Customer Service Mentality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- General computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in working with PDF files
- Reliable transportation
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish
HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9 AM TO 6 PM
ONE SATURDAY PER MONTH 8 AM - 2PM
Hourly pay, holidays, paid time off and sick time. As well as paid training. Entry level candidates welcome. We will train you!
