JD Edwards Program Manager (MUST relocate to Dallas)
The role of Program Manager is a key driver of the success of Hybrid and Multi Cloud project team. This individual is responsible for building a team, creating a plan, driving the execution of that plan, and clearly communicating progress of the projects they manage. This role requires a combination of demonstrated experience in managing applicable technology projects along with the aptitude, attitude, and energy to drive forward progress in an environment with many competing priorities. This position will report to the Director of Delivery and will work closely with people from virtually every part of the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead, manage and hold accountable the Project Management team
-
Drive the details of multiple complex projects
-
Measure and report on project financials and budget vs. actuals and remaining to completion

Incorporate project management best practices into templates, standards and processes
-
Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices
-
Regularly interface with senior stakeholders and business leads across the organization

10+ years of experience using JD Edwards applications from kickoff to go live;
-
Project management discipline
-
Understands the perishable nature of consulting billable hours for the team

Well-organized approach to capturing priorities and following through on action items

Able to manage a program consisting of multiple projects involving stakeholders and resources from multiple departments

Proactive in engaging the appropriate resources for a given activity, and aware of which resources are not required (e.g., those that can be informed at a later date)

Understands the handoff between project / program management and other resources and stakeholders within a project

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required;

EDUCATION
4 year College degree or 10 years of direct experience
