What you’ll do:
● Make phone calls and send emails to insurance providers regarding auto claims
● Answer phones and make phone calls to customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicle - including letting them know when parts have arrived and when their vehicle is ready
● Ensure insurance payments are being sent directly to our facility
● Submitting supplements and paperwork to insurance companies for any additional parts and repairs that are needed
● Scanning and sending documents/ invoices for internal and external use
● Reviewing documents and ensuring paperwork and documents are submitted for timely invoicing
● Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
● Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and working with email
● Strong customer service skills with demonstrated previous experience
● Administrative experience, including data entry and office management
● Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
● Organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate projects
● Typing proficiency and attention to detail for proofreading and transcription tasks
● Previous experience in office management or administration is a plus
● Ability to provide customer support
● Clerical experience, including filing and project coordinationJob Summary:
