EIKON Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as our Marketing Manager. This individual will possess the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients as well as independently on a wide variety of project types from responding to requests for qualifications (RFQ) to video production. This position reports directly to the CEO and is on the Marketing Director career track. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and implement company-wide strategic marketing and branding policies, objectives and initiatives
- Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to produce information needed for RFQs and other marketing collateral
- Set and manage schedule to complete RFQs by deadline
- Coordinate information exchange with subcontractors
- Attend pre-proposal meetings and other industry networking events
- Seek and pre-qualify RFQ opportunities
- Develop project-specific presentations for short list client interviews
- Support and coach team members during interview practice
- Request debriefs for unsuccessful RFQ pursuits
- Create social media posts and videos for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter on a consistent basis
- Produce external email newsletter
- Update and oversee maintenance of company website
- Lead marketing and business development meetings
- Seek and track business development opportunities
- Create marketing collateral for tradeshows and special events which can include email blasts, brochures, handouts, videos, postcards, etc.
- Coordinate and attend conferences and events, including event selection, registration and material management (setup/teardown)
- Create and adhere to Marketing budget
- Write project descriptions for RFQs, website and social media posts
- Coordinate photography and video opportunities for in progress and completed projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related area
- 2+ years of experience in the architectural/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry highly preferred
- Comprehension of A/E/C terminology and processes highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Proficient in using Canva, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, Fiverr, video editing software and other online-based marketing tools
- Strong writing capabilities with the ability to develop content from minimal information
- Superior grammar skills in writing, proofing and editing
- Ability to create engaging social media posts and videos
- General graphic design experience
- Capacity to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines and events
- Knowledgeable on latest marketing and industry trends
