Job Description:
- Calling customers in our ACT CRM database to check in and update our 26,000 customers.
- Find opportunities to refer to sales team for follow up if necessary.
- Update sales reps opportunities, notes, activities, provide estimates and update CRM for 2 outside reps.
- Work with marketing/web department to coordinate sales / service campaigns.
- Promotes service, rentals, parts and equipment sales on the phone.
- Maintains existing customer relations.
- Calls on new customers, seeks and finds new prospects.
- Meets or exceeds calling goals of 40 phone calls per day
- We need someone with excellent phone skills, customer service and computer skills who is organized, efficient and a quick learner. Do not apply if you are not good on the computer.

Business hours are M-F 7:30am-4:30pm. We offer paid health and dental insurance and paid vacation time for full time employees. This is a smoke-free work environment. We have a full kitchen as well as gym available for employee use on site.
This is not your typical Sales Support job. Our database is important to us and the hub of our operations. We want to makes sure it is up to date and as clean as possible and also communicate with our customers and reps and make sure we are taking care of them.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and negotiation skills- verbal and written
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office, with focus on demonstrated working knowledge MS Outlook.
- Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- High-level organization skills, professionalism and must be coachable.
- Proficiency in computer skills including CRM Products and Microsoft Windows systems.
- Must be self-motivated and a solution-oriented individual.
- Other Requirements
- Must be over 21+ years of age.
- Education- High School or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background test and a drug test.

- Sales experience with pre-assigned quota targets.
