Your position would be helping people to own or give truly spectacular pieces of jewelry that represent milestone moments and lifetime achievements. You will be helping to guide people through the emotional engagement ring process. You will learn about diamonds, customization, how to listen and recognize the needs of your customers and suggest the best solution. You will need to work with your hands, know how to handle a problem, and multi-task. Like anything worth pursuing, much effort, skill, and knowledge is required. The rewards are gratifying.
Our ideal candidate will have natural sales and customer service skills. Hours would include Tuesday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:15 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 4:15 pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Rare additional evening hours would be required for special events. You would be guaranteed a minimum of $45,000 in the first year. You will have the unlimited potential to earn more though commission. A 401(k) plan with 3% matching contribution is available after one year. Mills also offers paid healthcare insurance.
