Qualifications
- At least two years previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant
- Full working knowledge of wine in regards to taste, varietals, regions, climates and their effect on the grape, harvesting, and the overall process of winemaking; and maintain current knowledge in the same fields
- Excellent written, verbal and group presentation communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals or small groups of people
- Knowledge of cuisine (Menu)
- Advanced knowledge of wine and liquor including wine service techniques
- Present a professional appearance
- At least 21 years of age
- Sommelier certification preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Bi-lingual preferred.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Walk, stand, crouch, or run on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
