Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Management Science / Operations Research with 4 years’ experience in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance OR 8 years’ experience in Accounting, Business, Financial Management or Consulting, preferably in an insurance or health care environment
- Experience in data analysis and information reporting
- Ability to lead functional teams or projects or decisions to support business needs for reporting and insights
- Ability to progressively build knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers
- Ability to solve a range of problems, analyzing possible solutions
- Ability to drive consensus and influence at various levels of the organization
- Experience managing projects requiring problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills
- Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels including senior leadership
- Experience developing and facilitating presentations to executive management
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to articulate depth and breadth of expertise in the following: analytical thinking, presentation skills, communication for results, conceptual thinking, information seeking, initiative, openness to learning, results orientation, teamwork, thoroughness, understanding environment.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Experience with Anaplan
- Experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Experience creating datasets and generating enterprise reports for various lines of business using MS Access
- Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools / languages
This is a Flex role that can be based in Richardson or Chicago
