Job Summary
Our client, a leading SaaS provider in the post-acute healthcare market, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth and improve patient outcomes through online training for post-acute and residential care providers. The company offers tools for employee engagement, education, patient satisfaction surveys, and reputation management. They are distinguished by their rapidly expanding market, driven by an aging population, a dedicated and collaborative team, and strong financial backing, positioning them for significant growth over the next five years.
Responsibilities
- Exceed revenue goals by managing new and existing sales accounts in a designated territory
- Build rapport through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling
- Meet weekly activity targets to build a robust sales funnel
- Address healthcare industry challenges and recommend the company's products as solutions
- Stay informed on industry trends, needs, and impacts
- Build and manage relationships within the assigned territory
- Handle all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, nurturing, and closing
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Senior Account Executive role
- Experience with go-to-market tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Salesloft, DocuSign) is preferred
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams
- Exhibit strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Understand customer needs deeply and tailor solutions accordingly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Adapt to changes in the market and industry trends
**This position offers a compensation structure that includes both a base salary and a commission, with the specific amounts determined by your level of experience and your performance on the job.
