5–10 hours a week. Up to five hours more remote. You will be the direct administrative and personal assistant to a Licensed Clinical Psychologist of 35 years who runs a Therapy Institute with 7 therapists working onsite. Your job will be entirely in-person.
Qualifications:
Self starter, organized, detail oriented, flexible, computer literate (Mac), take initiative, over-deliver, reliable and trustworthy, confident, Can take direction and be cooperative. Friendly.

The role includes:
-Answering phone calls and booking potential clients with therapist.
-Outreach to influencers, podcasts, authors, leaders, psychologists, conferences, to land us speaking gigs and make connections.
-Track expenses, payroll, and accounting.
-Cashing and depositing checks, managing electronic insurance payments, working with our billing specialist to handle insurance payments.
-Setting up office and digital systems, opening and filing mail, checking and handling voicemails.
-Organization, podcast promotion, emailing our mailing list from our CRM.
-Administrative and personal assistant work.
-Maintaining inventory, doing supplements, bill paying, mail and email.
-Research on opportunities for speaking and promotion.
-Responding to phone calls, communicating with clients.
-Potential supplementary work for a psychospiritual healing and training institute.
You will be working for a psychologist/educator who is very collaborative in terms of his management style.
You will be given tasks and will have to learn how to execute them on your own, but you will have the foundation you need to be successful. The head psychologist is hands off and easy-going, yet has high standards for our company.
