Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and staff.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with office management duties as needed
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Transcribe documents and proofread materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a front desk or medical office setting preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in project coordination and event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying
