Compensation Range: $75,000 - 95,000 per year
We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Manager, Paid Search-Google & Facebook to join our client's team. Your expertise in creating, executing, and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns on Google and Facebook is exactly what we need. The ideal candidate is someone who consistently achieves a 4X ROI or better!
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead campaigns on Google and Facebook that drive lead generation and boost ROI, managing over $100,000 in ad spend monthly.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring they meet marketing goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Research industry trends and integrate innovative technologies to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Identify key trends and insights to optimize spend and improve performance.
- Collaborate with management to seamlessly integrate new campaigns into the CRM system.
- Deliver value across all digital touchpoints, including new/existing client journeys, social media, email marketing, and CRM/campaign conversion integration. Work closely with PPC, SEO, and website/app digital partners.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- At least 3+ years in managing large-volume paid search ad campaigns on Google and Facebook.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, capable of generating, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Deadline-oriented, autonomous, and capable of multitasking.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative disposition.
- Knowledge of content management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and digital analytics tools.
- Strong management skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Additional Preferred Experience:
- Experience in call center operations is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
